Excavator on construction site of the Gr\u00f6ner-Group set on fire – Rigaer94 stays!<\/p>\n

The Rigaer is acutely threatened by siege and a huge police deployment\u00b9! Owners, cops and the senate want to get into the house under the pretext of fire protection. In this way, they are once again trying to attack the project and smash one of the last self-organized spaces in Berlin that escapes state control.<\/p>\n

The Rigaer has long been a thorn in the side of the Senate and real estate sharks, because it stands in the way of the exploitation of the city. Meanwhile, the gentrification in Berlin has progressed so far that living space is hardly affordable anymore and almost nowhere can be found to come together outside of the logic of capitalist exploitation. In Leipzig, too, processes can be observed that lead to only the rich being able to afford apartments; poorer people already have to move to the outskirts of the city and open spaces are not increasing either. City authorities and investor pigs are also pursuing plans to transform and exploit the city according to their will. Gangsters like Lafone, Gr\u00f6ner, etc. claim that they will also create affordable housing (“social housing” here, however, is more for PR, with Hartz IV, for example, most of the newly built social housing is not affordable).<\/p>\n

We do not fall for their hypocrisy. The large donation\u00b2 of Gr\u00f6ner to the citizens of Berlin CDU last year, or the advertisement for Gemkow at the FourLiving\u00b3 clearly show which intentions are really pursued: an authoritarian state for the benefit of the rich! For these and a thousand other reasons, which do not have to be stressed here specially, we set fire to an excavator of the Gr\u00f6ner Group in west Leipzig in the night of 03.03. to 04.03. Unfortunately, a private security pig rushed over and could prevent the complete development of the flames, but considerable damage to the excavator will presumably have arisen nevertheless. We are sending our fire signal to Berlin.<\/p>\n

Should they actually try to clear the Rigaer, more acts of destruction will take place here as well!<\/p>\n
